The Challenge
GMJ had years of finished projects and none of them online. Every enquiry started with a request for photos answered by email, and booking a consultation required a phone call during office hours, so anyone outside Missouri or browsing at night had no way in.
Solution
We sorted their photography into residential, commercial and 3D visualization tracks, documented the studio process as four explicit phases, and built two entry points: a consultation booking flow and an estimate request form.
Results
Delivered in September 2024: three browsable portfolio categories, a written four-phase process and two online request channels where the only route before was a phone call.
